Message:

Add ability to save C64 FLI pictures for a 1 layer image

add function Save_C64_fli_monolayer()

The algorithm used is :

• first choose the lowest value from all possible background colors for each line
• first the lowest value from the possible colors for color RAM
• encode bitmap and screen RAMs
