Description

Fab is a command line tool for image generation.
There is some nice stuff, like generating pixelart-like ditherings in an algorithmic way.
Maybe some of this could be imported in GrafX2, either as lua-scripts, or into the executable.

I had in mind implementing their auto-dithering effects (fillWithO, converting to tiles, ...) to drawing effects, and maybe also for our gradients as different dithering types.

Are we still interested in this?
It looks like fab can do some cool stuff, but it doesn't look like permission is granted to modify or copy the program even though the source code is available. At best we could take some ideas from fab, as the ticket says.
What ideas does fab have that are interesting and useful for Grafx2?
