copy all layers/frames to spare page option

Description
Hi,
now it is so that only one frame/layer can be copyed over to the spare page but i think it would be nice if all layers/frames can be copyed over at once.

Indeed only current layer is copied right now.
I think we would need to change the "copy to spare page" dialog to include options like
"copy all frames/layers" or "copy current layer/frame"
