#71 closed defect (fixed)

Debian package doesn't contain a binary!

Description

I know it's not a supported platform, but there are no contact details for it, either, so I'm unable to let them know directly. The Debian/Ubuntu? .deb package you have a link to for download on your site only contains documentation, and no binary. The tar.xz on that contributor's site also contains only data files and no binary.

dpkg -L grafx2:i386

The package in debian testing should be up to date again. So you can use that. Help creating/maintaining a nightly build pagkage is also welcome.

which .deb file is this ticket about ?

comment:3 Changed 3 years ago by PulkoMandy

That was probably about gurkan's builds at http://sid.ethz.ch/debian/grafx2/
I will update the website now that the Debian package is up to date again (in testing, at least).

It was http://sid.ethz.ch/debian/grafx2/

I was just interested in trying out grafx2, not leaping straight to being a maintainer :-)
