    1313 * C807U : Toshiba microcontroller. Handles mouse and keyboard scanning. Running at low speed out of internal RC oscillator, as there is no external crystal for it.

    1616All memory is only addressable on an 8bit databus, but goes through the VTech custom chip ZKAM9742, which likely converts 16/8bit access.
