Installation
Unzip the archive anywhere on your BeOS disk. Set SmpegOpener as the Preferred Application of your MPEG files, in the File Types preferences.

Use
Just double-click your MPEG files and have them open in smpeg.

Tip
SmpegOpener is based on ZooKeeper and can be used to launch most command-line applications that take files for input. Just open the app and tweak it.
