Re-Introduced multiline textentry widget. The multiline textentry widget needs special behaviour both on the input as well as the drawing side. The input aspect is now taken care of by this user-level input handler. As pointed out before the drawing aspect has to be provided by the built-in platform-specific ctk drawing modules.
