Added GS/OS icon file for launching individual *.PRG files. Prerequisites: - CONTIKI.ICON has to be placed into an /ICONS folder. - CONTIKI.ICON has to have the filetype ICN ($CA). - The *.PRG files have to have the filetype REL ($FE). - The path to the loader file has to be /CONTIKI/CONTIKI.SYSTEM.
