win32 version only closes if cursor is moved back over drawing area

Description
I have tested this with:
grafx2-win32-2.6.2475-win32
grafx2-win32-2.6.2529-issue45-win32
If you click on the Windows window close button (X) on the upper right corner grafx2 does not close you can move outside the window, re size it, move it around and it closes only if you move in again somewhere in the window area where grafx2 has drawn its stuff (menu, drawing area).
grafx2 also don't closes with the Windows window close button if the Anim/Layer dialog was not clicked thats true for all versions (sdl/sdl2/grafx2).
