common key configuration file

Description
Hi,
as it is now every version (sdl/sdl2/win32) save its own key-config to its cfg files (gfx2.cfg/gfx2-sdl2.cfg/gfx2-win32.cfg) but on that way for every version the keys must be assigned separately which can lead to lots of hassle when switching versions so I think a common key configuration file would be nice like gf2-key.cfg.

it is not possible as keycodes are different depending on the backend.
In fact, it is the reason why there are several .cfg files.

I think they use different keycodes so the files are in a different format. This is why we used different names. But you shouldn't need to use all 3 versions, just pick one...
