strange flash in load/save dialog

Description
- select a file
- use ESC/cancel/load/save, the entire GUI then flashes in the last four colors but only on the sdl version. Tested with grafx2-2.7wip2785 on windows.

I indeed reproduce under win32 with the SDL 1.2 GUI
but I don't think there is a bug there.
Once the windows is closed, the palette is correct.
