Not sure what happened, as the existing underscores in the GUI are F for flip and I for X-Flip. How did we end up with V being used instead?

I figured it out, those two buttons used to be called "Invert" and "X-Invert", hence why the "i" letter was assigned to the first, and "v" at the 5th letter (which incidentally is "i") for the second.

I looked at these shortcuts recently and fixed the "i" for the Flip, but left the X-Flip as it currently is because the existing shortcut is "v". Unfortunately, the "v" letter is not a part of "X-Flip" so we can't underline the shortcut letter to make it more discoverable. If nobody is relying on the "v" key for X-Flip, it makes sense to change this shortcut to an unused letter that is a part of "X-Flip".
