Message:

Fixed issue 440: Some BMP files cause hang due to overflowed height. Also added support for 8bit bitmaps with unusual 'Offset' value (indicates blank space between header and pixels), now the image g08offs.bmp from test suite loads correctly. Added antdzeryn to bugfinders list.
