Completed the (by now quite complex) startup code for the apple2enh target. - The ProDOS dispatcher code at $D100-$D3FF is saved to /RAM before overwriting it and restored before quiting. - Both files saved to /RAM are removed on quiting. - /RAM is checked to be empty on startup. The additional cleanup code is placed in the UIP segment which means that it doesn't use address space on normal operation.
